What this role will do for you:

If you’re looking to jumpstart your career in the software industry, this role is a great fit! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on PeopleKeep’s business by helping to shape some of the strategic initiatives for the referral partner program. Additionally, you will build a network of contacts in various industries as you drive interest in our referral partner program and build relationships with key stakeholders at our partner organizations. You’ll become familiar with Hubspot, Salesforce, and other tools which will prepare you for a career in SaaS.

What you'll do:

PeopleKeep acquires a majority of its customer base organically (our customers find us). Other times, professionals will refer their clients to us. These professionals are our referral partners who you would work with in this position. You’ll help them learn about our product solutions, strategize ways we can increase the volume of referrals, and you’ll manage the referral channel communications. Additionally, PeopleKeep has a number of strategic partnerships that you would help manage and develop. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Manage the referral partner base (educate partners, drive referral volume, partner compensation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create co-branded collateral, slide decks, webinars, online resources, etc
  • Analyze and report on referral partner performance using Salesforce data
  • Create and execute the referral partner communications strategy, including our e-newsletter and other industry-relevant educational emails.
  • Assist the Sales department during the sales process to manage health insurance data collection and communication to prospects
  • Collaborate with Finance to communicate referral partner payout information.

Requirements

  • Interested in SaaS businesses and how they work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with and aptitude using spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
  • Passion for developing professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in alliance and/or partner management a plus, but not required
