Our office is in Sao Paulo, at Vila Madalena, near metro station 'Vila Madalena' and 'Fradique Coutinho'.

About our selection process:

It usually takes around 30 days (from your applying to the end) and follows this steps:

  • CV Screening;
  • Business Case;
  • Phone Interview with People Team;
  • Leader Interview;
  • Stakeholder Interview;
  • Reference Check.


As People Performance & Goals Analyst, you will:

  • Be part of the People Performance & Analytics structure;
  • Participate in defining performance review program for all QuintoAndar’s teams and support them to cascade company goals;
  • Help to translate QuintoAndar Culture into the Performance Review Program;
  • Help to implement Rewards Program;
  • Guarantee a fast-paced and best in class performance and goals process;
  • Work with People and Business teams including reporting, dashboarding, and in-depth analytical projects;
  • Be an internal influencer towards high-performance culture and a team player!

Please only apply if you fulfill these:

  • People lover;
  • Excellent business sense;
  • Have experience in planning, goals deployment and project management;
  • You are analytical, like to solve problems and strong excel skills;
  • You can interact with other teams and work with short deadlines;
  • Excellent stakeholder management;
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences with little context;
  • Team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and lead work with minimum guidance;
  • Self-motivated and with communication;
  • You think outside the box and are never constrained by the status-quo.

We may like you even better if you:

  • Have a consulting background;
  • Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics background;
  • Have experience in implementing a full Performance Review Program (employee recognition programs): goals, program cycle and rewards;
  • Have experience in working at fast-growing startups.
