General Conditions

You must be human and legally able to form a binding contract. Otherwise you need to be directly supervised by a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using our service, you agree that this is the case. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time. No shoes, no shirt, no service.

Use of Account & Property Rights

You’re responsible and liable for any content we publish on your behalf. So you are responsible for any infringement of copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights. We are not responsible for any claims and expenses arising out of your violation of this agreement.

We do not tolerate using our service to discriminate against others, especially when based on race, sex, sexual orientation, disability, (mental) health, age, religion, ancestry or national origin. Furthermore, you agree to not submit content that is inappropriate, illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, invasive, hostile or otherwise questionable. You must ensure that your content is not obscene and does not contain material that is harmful or inappropriate to persons under the age of 18.

We reserve our right to delete your content or permanently / temporarily remove your job ad without prior notice if it violates our Terms of Use, is containing illegal content or we deem it disruptive to our service. We will not be liable for any consequences of the loss of content.

Fees and Services

All references to the fees for our service are referring to US Dollars (USD). We will contact you via e-mail to send you an invoice for services you paid for.

Taxes and Other Expenses

Our fees are exclusive value-added tax, except as expressly stated to the contrary. On your invoice, the VAT may or may not be stated depending on where you are situated and whether you are a private or a business customer.

Refunds, Warranty

All services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

We can not guarantee a certain number of views or specific performance of your job ad. How many views and applications you get depends on the job you’re posting and its demand within our network.

Updates to the site and other technical maintenance tasks can cause outages of our service. Also, you have to take note that no technical service can ever be 100% bug-free. We will keep working on the quality of our services and keep disturbances of the display of your job ad on the network and this site as short as possible. We are liable only for damage caused deliberately or due to gross negligence.

Links to other sites

Our service may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned by us. We have no control or responsibility over the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site or service. Please read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit!

Data Protection

With posting a job to remotetech.jobs you agree that your personal data (e-mail address) will be collected, stored and processed electronically for providing our service (f.ex. for billing purposes).

We may send you information about updates to your job ad, billing and our service in general via e-mail.

Applicable Law

The Agreement and all mutual rights and duties resulting therefrom as well as any claims us and our customers shall be subject to México substantive law, and its conflicts of laws rules and UN Sales Law shall be excluded. The agreed place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising between us and our customers in connection with this contractual relationship shall be the court having jurisdiction over the subject-matter and our registered office.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve our right to change, modify or replace these Terms of Usage at our sole discretion. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes.
